My Trip To "Cathy's Crystals"

For a couple of years now, I've often been interested in collecting crystals, gems, jewelry, gold rings, and all sorts of things that many can call, "My precioussss". While I was in Kona, Hawaii, I stumbled upon a crystal shop. The shop was settled in a small town that was meant to resemble an old western area, and the shop was simply called, "Cathy's Crystals". My mother was willing to lend me about ten dollars to buy crystals there, so I walked in excitedly. Inside the shop, there was a massive, semi-transparent crystal that was on its side, and even then reached almost four feet off the ground, with a length of about five to six feet. As I walked throughout the shop, I felt a wave of spiritual energy slam into me, causing my knees to buckle.

You see, people who meditate and undergo spiritual practices believe that crystals and other minerals are able to receive energy from things such as light and other natural elements. They also believe that depending on the type of mineral, the energy stored inside can be used to activate certain effects. For example, if you keep a piece of jasper in your pocket, it will bestow protection from harm, especially harm from negative energies.

I knew that Lapis Lazuli was able to increase you intellectual capacity, as well as connect your physical, spiritual, and mental presences, so I decided to pick up a piece of that. I also bought a piece of Red Jasper and three small shards of Pyrite (also known as "fool's gold"), although the Pyrite was merely for my mineral collection, not necessarily for spiritual purposes. My mother also bought a piece of Angelite, which is said to be one of the most powerful healing stones. It has been known to heal your body when applied to the part of your body that is in pain. For example if you constantly have aches in your arm, apply Angelite to your arm and leave it their for a while (it depends on how bad your arm hurts; if it is just a small ache, then ten-twenty minutes will probably do).

I had a wonderful experience at "Cathy's Crystals", and anyone who is in Kona should definitely go there.
